Q: Are you a Crossfit gym?
A: Nope! We noticed that nothing really existed between the YMCA and Crossfit gyms in Nashville. There are some bootcamps and group stuff, but we're different! If you're looking for serious community, support and top notch exercise programming—we got you!

Q: Why do I schedule a strategy session with you before I begin?
A: We need to take the time to do a few assessments as professionals to make sure you don't get hurt! We want to hear about your goals and give you a chance to understand what and how we do our thing. 

Q: How many days per week should I come to The Southern Squeeze?
A: We recommend coming 3-4 days per week for super fast results, and a minimum of 2 days per week. We offer different membership options to fit your budget and your goals. Don’t worry, we’ll help you decide what will work for you.

Q: Where can I park?
A: There is usually ample street parking or parking in the back parking lot right behind us! 

Q: Will I get bulky from strength training?
A: No! Not unless you tell us you are training to gain mass, then we’ll help you get huge! Strength training regularly and consistently over time will help you lose body fat, which is what most people mean when they say they want to “get toned”. 

Q: Do you guarantee results?
A: We do! We know what we’re doing which is why we don’t want to bind you to a contract! 

Q: How long are the workouts?
A: Classes are 50 minutes from warm-up to cool-down. If you are doing personal training or semi-private training you can choose from 30-minute or 50-minute options.

Q: I want to access an Open Gym and workout on my own. Do you have this option?
A: Not Yet - but as we grow we plan to add this!
